The Salano Family Stronghold on the map can only be attacked through Alliance Gatherings, the most Alliances that can be gathered is 6, where its members will battle together. Destroy the Salano Family Stronghold and obtain the “Alliance Covenant”, a necessity for upgrading the Safe House.
