Population Trends

There are 3 different population trends: increasing, decreasing, and stable.

Maximum Population = Population Limit x Morale

When the city's current population is lower than Population Limit x Morale, the population is increasing. 

When the city's current population is higher than Population Limit x Morale, the population is decreasing. Otherwise, the population is considered stable.
