Historic Cities and Normal Cities

A historic city has control over a region and can issue orders to other cities within its jurisdiction.

Historic cities are spread out throughout the world map. Players may only take control by occupying them.

Historic cities can issue the following orders: Taxation, Impressment, Requisition, Draft, and Disarmament.

Historic cities can upgrade resource production sites to level higher than 10. For example, a Level 18 Farm.
