Step 1: Please tell us your account details (UID or username & server), the last time you logged on and some specific details about your account (e.g. total gold) so we can confirm it belongs to you.
If you have bought something in-game, send us a screenshot of a recent Google Play order receipt
Step 2: Create and give us the details of a new email account and password and we will restore the previous account onto the new one.
Step 3: Log into the game with the new email account.
