Ornaments produced in workshops have a low probability to obtain collected attributes. collected attributes in ornaments are very valuable, therefore very rare.

Ornaments with collected attributes can be displayed and collected by going to Item - Equipment - Ornament and tapping on the "Collected" button. Once collected, that ornaments's hidden attributes will always be activated. If there are even better hidden attributes, you can switch to them anytime.
