1. Restart the game and check your account.

2. Enter the diamond shop and check the purchase item again

3. Repeat 1,2

4. If you still not receive package, please send the screenshot of your purchase record (including information o the package you bought and google order ) to our customer service with your account uid

5. It will be thankful if you can tell us if there are any special situation appeared to you when you complete the order. Like crash, network connection problem or any reminder.
